Papercut herpes?

can herpes manifest as papercut like tares? ive been getting several cuts on my perineum, around my labia, and above my clitoris. these cuts are super itchy, they sting a bit when i urinate as well. when i wipe there seems to be chunks of skin too, lots of them, mixed with a few dots of blood which i assume are coming from the cuts. The cuts have not healed yet and its already been 3 weeks. i also have some white discharge.. i dont have the typical signs of herpes like sores, fever, cold, etc... what do you guys think? have you had outbreaks like mine?

I have LS (lichen sclerosus) which gets misdiagnosed for other things such as thrush or herpes all the time and I cannot use ANYTHING except water on my vulva and vagina area so maybe consider staying away from soaps and use non bio washing powder. What you described sounds exactly like LS. Do you have raised white patches/bumps or silvery looking areas of skin around your vulva and perineum? Or lots of skin over the clitoris? These are all classic signs.
