Yes they can be removed. If you are in UK the NHS wont remove them as it would be considered clinically not necessary. The best person to contact is a private consultant plastic surgeon who will remove them as shave excisions and you wont have scarring. Be warned..it wont be cheap. Allow at least £500+ per lesion and I think you have 3 .
