Hello,
I have had this papilomas (not sure hot to call them) on my face since I was little. With recent years, they started becoming more visible (elongated). I'm wondering if it's possible to remove them?

Yes they can be removed. If you are in UK the NHS wont remove them as it would be considered clinically not necessary. The best person to contact is a private consultant plastic surgeon who will remove them as shave excisions and you wont have scarring. Be warned..it wont be cheap. Allow at least £500+ per lesion and I think you have 3 .
