paranoid of clothes or blanket touching upper body at bed time????? sleepless nigh!!

Hi, recently (2-3 weeks now) I developed this annoying feeling at bed time; can't stand when clothes or blanket touching my upper body (waist and up to my neck). This cause me with ZERO sleep (twist and turn all night - waking up with massive headache next morning). I get cold (Its winter season now), if I don't use blanket and shirtless. Went and buy a portable heater blowing upper body still coulnt sleep. I'm not sure if its the side effect of coming off gabapentin and trazodon meds (been 3 weeks still having this paranoid feeling).. it's so weird.. I used to have this feeling in the past without any drugs, but it went away after couple hours or one sleepless night and back to normal the following day.. now it's every night.. I don't get this feeling during the days (i function normal with clothes on etc).. only when it's bed time; thats when my mind play weird tricks on me...

Also, some night, i get weird excess saliva problems.. again, only happen at bed time (thats when my dumb brain play tricks).. I keep swallowing to the point my throat hurt and end up spitting all night (half a bucket full).. it happen for a week and it went away, and now i have this paranoid clothes/blanket touching upper body problem instead.. i so hate my brain. ugghh sad

anyone have similar problem and have a solution? like certain meds? is his symptom of OCD or super weird anxiety issue or something else?

Hi.. it still happening since i last Post this... no i'm not allergic to anything i know.. i've been using the same blanket/same clothes before all this.. Is this OCD or ANXIETY?

to surpass this, i have to take Lorazepam (ativan) or Trazodone.. (heavy dose, every night). the night i try not to take any of those drugs i feel irritated from waist up, (mainly side; like ribs area, and stomach area.) example is this, if i sleep on one side, the other side get irritated where i have to turn the next side, then the opposite side get irritated.. I feel a lot of better sleeping on my stomach BUT my arms get numb (lack of blood flow) because my head would be leaning on it. This driving me crazy

I've been trying to tamper off trazodone (which i've been on for a year).. is this the reason why?.. i search the web and i can't find anyone mentioning this symtom during withdrawal phase..

P.S this only happen when i'm planning to go to sleep.. and because of this, its super hard for me to tamper off trazodone, after no sleep for 2-3night, i end up going back on it (which is 25mg, dropped from 50mg; but somenight 25mg don't work, so i end up with 50).. ughh
