Paranoid schizophrenic insomniac. Insomnia caused by zuclopenthixol decanoate?! Please read...

I've been on antipsychotics since 2015, diagnosed with psychosis, prescribed olanzapine then quetiapine. In 2019 I was sectioned twice and diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic. The psychiatrist changed my medication to zuclopenthixol decanoate, a weekly depot injection so they'd be sure I was on medication as I didn't always take my quetiapine. I was put on the highest dose, 600mg per week. I was discharged and continued with my weekly visits to a mental health clinic to have my injection. I sometimes had problems with the pharmacy not having the medication in stock and I started to miss appointments at the depot clinic. I think that's when the insomnia began. I told the nurses I couldn't sleep at all, I was prescribed amitriptyline for depression, 100mg at night, it used to make me drowsy and I'd drift off, but not anymore. I told the nurses to arrange an appointment with the resident psychiatrist so I could go back onto quetiapine, a medication that also makes you drowsy. I continued with the depot for another few months until I could see the psychiatrist. During that time I didn't sleep despite having my amitriptyline increased to 200mg per night by my GP. He also prescribed me 2 weeks worth of 7.5mg zopiclone which also didn't work. When I saw the psychiatrist and told him my problem, and the attempts my GP had tried to solve it he was still reluctant to take me off the zuclopenthixol, but I insisted, telling him I'd refuse to continue with the zuclopenthixol. He reluctantly put me back on quetiapine, the highest dose, 400mg in the morning and evening. The change in medication has done nothing. I still can't sleep despite trying tamazepam, 10 and 20mg per night. If a normal person off the street took my nighttime meds, the amitriptyline, quetiapine and tamazepam all together like I do they're going to struggle getting up the next day even though they've slept for over 12 hours. I've become unbelievably drug tolerant, all drugs that is, even recreational ones. Cannabis, alcohol, neither a good idea for a schizophrenic, but I've become desperate. Cannabis relaxes me in tiny amounts, it's a waste of time to be honest, there's no chance it'll ever be able to "stone me" like it used to and induce sleep. Alcohol, this should do the job, but it doesn't. I can drink a week's worth of units in a night, slur my words and be unsteady on my feet, but it still doesn't induce sleep. It's a major problem and I don't know where else to turn. My GP knows nothing of clinics for insomniacs where the patient's sleep is monitored and treated by a consultant, but the places do exist, I knew they do. My question is does anyone know of a sleep service for insomniacs, not sleep apnea which is alot more common and potentially fatal. I'm going mad with not sleeping, does anyone know of anyone who can help in the NHS in England?! All answers appreciated, Michael
