Paraphimosis?

Do I have paraphimosis? Yesterday after the erection I couldn't get foreskin back normally. My penis is not swollen and it doesn't hurt. Foreskin covers glans and the whole penis but top of the foreskin won't go back normally. Can I fix that by training my foreskin?
Sorry for my bad English.

Hi Ivan, you English is really good. First thing first, if this happens to you again do not panic about it and try to force it into place. If it feels a bit weird and uncomfortable, try putting a little cool water on the head and foreskin area once you have lost the erection.
So, in terms of 'training' - yes this is relatively easy to do, but you must do everything gently and never try to rush the process by forcing your foreskin to become more flexible.
I wonder what age you are? Also, have you ever had any other problems with your foreskin previously?
One simple excercise you can do gently any time is to pull your foreskin forward, away from the head of your penis, and simply let it relax back into place - do not use pressure to force it far forward, you should never feel any pain.
You can start by doing this 4 to 6 times, perhaps 2 or 3 times a day. If you get no problems doing this after you have done this for 3 or 4 days, then add more stretches (10 to 15), then hold the stretch for 5 to 10 seconds, and relax each time back to the normal place.
I am going to give you the name of a web site to look up - we are unable to give external web site addresses so here is the details you need:
.
Wiki - How - 3 ways - to do - Phimosis Stretching
.. it is easiest to do any foreskin stretches when you are taking a warm shower as this is when the foreskin is more flexible. What will also help is if you learn to use a light coating of liquid Coconut Oil, try using this before doing the stretches, or if you find it difficult to grasp the foreskin to stretch it, use the Coconut Oil at a different part of the day to give your foreskin a gentle, relaxing massage.
Once you get in the routine of doing stretches you should be looking to do them for 3 or 4 months at least. You can update your Forum Thread here after that time - but you can answer the two questions I ask above now ....

Thank you so much on your answer. I am 18 years old and I got some problems as little kid. I think I got some kind of phimosis but I fixed that problem by visiting a doctor. But my problem is totally opposite now. I will try exercise that you suggested. Again, thanks a lot.

Thanks for the further details. If you have had problems before you need to do things gently, that is the key - many young men want to force the situation and that is the very thing not to do. Look to develop the right level of elasticity in your foreskin so that it simply does the right things in the right way that you want it to be.
Once you have it right you are likely to need to do 'maintenance stretches' so that the foreskin does not go back the way it was before - the best times to do these are when you get out of bed in the morning and your skin is warm, and, during a shower.
What is also not often recognised is that the skin of the penis still develops and grows in many young men until the age of about 25 or 26 - so there are likely to be some growth changes for you anyway .....
If you can update in a few months that would be good ......

Hi, here is an update because i had sex for the first time and it was very uncomfortable. When I get an erection nothing weird happens but when Im getting oral sex or having sex my foreskin roll down and head of my penis is"naked" and it is very painful since im uncircumsised. The problem is that I can't get my foreskin back until erection goes away. And when it goes away I still got the problem from the last week. It goes back but not the same way as before. It feels like very top of my foreskin doesnt go back where it supposed to be. Should I continue with stretching my foreskin or the problem is something else?

This is exactly what the stretches are for - once your foreskin takes on a greater level of elasticity these problems should be resolved .....
