Parasite Identification (Disturbing Picture)

Greetings,

Apologies for the disturbing picture. Last 8/4/18, I had a very sudden upset stomach. Much stronger than usual. I had a loose stool and all was well. The following morning, my stomach didn't feel that bad (still rather loose). However, this came out of me. It was floating and I really wasn't sure what it was when I took the picture. Upon flushing, it unraveled to about 1.5-2 feet. Never broke apart and looked like a worm. 3x OVA/Parasite tests came back negative. Plethora of symptoms, just unsure of their relation. Any thoughts?
