Parasites e.g.tapeworm and eosinophillia

i'm curious, in case of a recent parasitic infection, tapeworms or others, would eosinophils go high?

I do not know how parasites get into the system. I think its best to check remedies. There are parasite killers we can take as medicine. Thank God for that, and doctors.
