Parasites, nerve pain, & large hip tumor

In June of 2017 I started having a shooting pain down my left leg, through my foot, that eventually led to numbness and tingling in my leg. I also had a severe case of parasites at the same time. I saw multiple doctors and surgeons, including mayo clinic, none of which had any answers for why my left leg was in so much pain. . After about a year and a half, in December 2018, we discovered a large (5 cm long x 3 cm wide) tumor in my left hip joint, doctor diagnosed me with PVNS. It was removed, and the pain was expected to disappear. I had the procedure done a little over two months ago.. The pain did go away for about a week during that time, but now it has come back and is as severe as before the tumor was removed. Any ideas on what I should try next?
