Parietal Lobe

I have been having trouble writing for several years. It's my understanding that the parietal lobe and frontal lobe are the areas of the brain that are responsible for writing. Putting aside grammar, spelling, and so forth, I've tried to eat more choline from eggs and other foods to stimulate the parietal lobe. In fact, one morning after eating 4 eggs I felt much more fluent. But that has only happened once. In general, I think my parietal lobe is sluggish and somewhat inactive. I've tried to eat eggs everyday in the hope of reproducing that one day when I felt fluent. I've done brain exercises. I've taken choline supplements. No matter what I do I can't reproduce the results. I'd like to be fluent. I've eaten foods with folate. Obviously, it's possible for me to feel better as that one day proved, but I can't reproduce that and I don't know why.
