Paxil paroxitine HCL is good medicine for anxiety it gives result around 2 months of time but don't stop is suddenly taper it very slowly by weekly because its very additive drug. When u taper keep the dose till u feel better . I was on paroxitine hcl for 2 months it was worst for me to withdraw my doctor was not experience in tapring so I Google n follow the procedure of cutting pills and taper it slowly . it's good medicine but have withdrawal symptoms when you leave on cold turkey never withdrawal sudden . slow procedure is good and every medicine which is related to brain takes time for effect keep your self busy and good exercise daily

Welcome my friend . I would suggest if you have anxiety disorders issue start with alprazolam 0.25 mg 2 tablets a day one night and day and avoid antidepressants ssri paroxatine . alp control the symptoms and slowly when you gets normal taper it to zero its very minimum dose and helps to get normal and one.important thing this anxiety can not kill you so don't worry it's just uncomfortable thing so enjoy life and rock n roll :D faizan from Pakistan

This medicine never agreed or worked well for me, actually made me a mess. That's when another new miracle pill came out, effexor xr. Gave me my life back.
