My bowel movement always leaves a little that doesn't come out. Thiis sits there and leaks out during the day making me messy
I do take loperamide but if I increase them it constipates me
Any suggestions. Is there a muscle that is not working

Hi. I'm the same. I have severe gastroparesis so I have chronic constipation. I have to take mega laxatives which would make most people go immediately, but even those hardly help, but I have 'mess' in between bowel movements so have to wear pads, which is frustrating. I mentioned it to my consultant but he didn't really comment. If you find anything let me know. Good luck.
