Partial too tight

How do i adust my partial so not too tight around my tooth ? I dont want go back to my dentist and have him do it. He is a real jerk. He complain each time have to make any adjustment to them.. In the picture, you will see red arrow pointing to part i want to adjust..

    He may be a jerk but if you go messing with that and break it then you have voided any warranty you have on that. But if he adjusts it and breaks it he has to buy you a new one.

    Firstly, sorry that you are having trouble with your partials. Second as for your dentist make a complaint to the practice manager, his role as a dentist is to make sure that you feel comfortable with your teeth. I have been very lucky my dentist has moved hills and trees for me, he was meant to be going on holiday with his partner, but he has put this on hold till my dentures have been made and fitted and I am happy. I don't know if you have one of these dentist near you, it's called My Dentist they have a website to see where the nearest dentist surgery near you

      I still rather know how to do them myself. So i dont always have to make a trip to the dentist and sit there of over an hour. So i rather do it my self at home, which would only take a minute to do.
