PARTICLES IN URINE PLEASE HELP

ok i am 31 year old female, i have had 2 healthy pregnancies, after my second one though i started having really bad periods so a little over a year ago i had a tubal ligation, d & c ablation. Which all helped with the severity of the bleeding and some of the pain, i have still had a light period since which has been fine by me, untill now. i had my normal period 2 weeks ago, and starting 2 days ago i had went and peed and when i wiped i noticed stuff on the toilet paper it was dark brown/ black in color no foul smeel and no burning or anything when i go pee, so i started to pay more attention to the toilet as well and today i have had the particles they are a dark color and also what looks like clots or something about the size of a pencil eraser. i have had no other symptoms, other than maybe a week, week n half ago i had some really bad abdominal pain. i drink only water so not dehydrated, i am not on any medication either.

PLEASE HELP
