partner in coma

My partner has been in a coma since last year and was in two hospitals ,now he is with his family that I've had problems with and are saying that they don't want me to visit him anymore.we were living together previously and engaged.at a meeting at the last hospital ,it was decided that he should live with them and the consultant also said that he would probably stay in the coma state that he's in but I'm in doubt about that.ive contacted citizens advice,pals , health watch,the first two couldn't help, but I've also contacted a medical solicitor, what could they do ? How can I know how my partner is and if there is any recovery without being able to see him ?
