I've had partial but no front pain in early days .I find it stiffened up during the night to the point where I find it hard to move it without painful jolts.i have found if I walk long distances of 4 to 6 miles as in coast walks it's painful for days so I've learnt to not go as far. I can't kneel on it and find I can't bend as fat as other knee as it seem to cause a uncomfortable pull as if it will break. I had mine in Oct last year.

Call your doctor. You might have an infection in there! Better to be safe than sorry!
