i havent ben on here for a while , but still ge about F.S . so i thought i would write this to let all those on here who suffer with this terrible illness that you will ALL get better , i had F.S in both shoulders , had a successful operation on my right shoulder and injections in my left shoulder , which also was successful , i still get the odd twinge lol but its a lot better than what it used to be like , this may not give you on here in pain much comfort , but there is still hope . and given time hopefully your pain wil ease or stop for good .

    I'm another sufferer that seems to be on the mend ( everything crossed!).  It's over two and a half months since my hydrodilatation and I'm still without pain and gradually getting my movement back.  I'm hoping the other shoulder will be OK, despite a few twinges, it seems to be holding out - and I'd swear it's improved since restarting my HRT!  Different treatments are successful for different people but it isn't a life sentence.

    Take care out there - at least we understand what you are going through - I got a lot of help and advice from people on here.  Sometimes it's nice just to have a rant to people who understand!

      i think F.S is much misunderstood, and only those of us who had or have it know how bad it gets .

      you just gotta try and be positive about getting better , even though while in pain thats a difficult thing to do.

      i was 18 monthes in pain with my right shoulder and a year with my left , so i know exactly how everyone on here feels . but its not just the pain , its the personal cost that also affected me , lost my job , my relationship suffered , dont think my ex believed me lol
