Passing blood ...blood in urine ...an blood clots ...lower pain for months --- been to the doctor

For months I have been having urine leakage with blood ...lower back pain . Saw a doctor had a blood..urine test ...plus a mri. All the doctor said was I had was high cholesterol . This morning a large amount of only blood and very small clots passed . The pain is painful to touch my abdomen. Very tried with energy . There is still blood in my urine . What is wrong with me ?
