Passing flesh after periods

I have been having watery discharge for months after my periods. it started after I miscarried last year (2021) June. So last month I consulted and was given antibiotics plus injection for infection but the discharge didn't stop. now after 3 days of my periods the discharge came. the discharge had a smell( not fishy ) but not normal. today while bathing I realized the abnormality of my discharge. it was more like flesh. I poked inside and came back with flesh and it scares meimage
