Passing urine very slow flow sometimes no flow

Have had this problem for a while now. so i think its time to ask about the problem. i go to to loo and i want to pee it will take a while to start and sometimes i have to try and think about a running tap to get it going then it starts its very slow and will stop then start again then when i feel i am done i am not i have to push the last bit of urine out and sometimes its a lot sometimes a small amount. anyone have this problem. should i be worried. not been to me GP because i have other health problems and i get t fed up going with something different. S i am just asking if anyone has had this or know about it. I am new to this glad i found it.
