Passing yellow hard powdery lumps in stool. Pain left side of abdomen

i have had bloating/ constipation/ diarrhea for 2 years. i thought i might have a parasite as i have travelled a lot. but the stool test 2 years ago said nothing present. i had blood tests and my bilirubin levels were 26 but the GP said this is fine.

it has gotten worse lately. yesterday my lower left side was throbbing. it hurts now. i dont want to eat because the thought of this all puts me off. i get loads brown seeds i stool that look identical to what you see on seeded bread. when i have not eaten anything with seeds. i am also passing yellow squidgy balls. and also hard clumps of yellow tiny balls. when i break them - they turn into powder. photos attached. i also have seeds in my stool but havent eaten seeds. please can someone help
