Passing yellow hard powdery lumps in stool. Pain left side of abdomen

i have had bloating/ constipation/ diarrhea for 2 years. i thought i might have a parasite as i have travelled a lot. but the stool test 2 years ago said nothing present. i had blood testsand my bilirubin levels were 26 but the GP said this is fine.

it has gotten worse lately. yesterday my lower left side was throbbing. it hurts now. i dont want to eat because the thought of this all puts me off. i get loads brown seeds i stool that look identical to what you see on seeded bread. when i have not eaten anything with seeds. i am also passing yellow squidgy balls. and also hard clumps of yellow tiny balls. when i break them - they turn into powder. photos attached. i also have seeds in my stool but havent eaten seeds. please can someone help
