Passionflower tea or tablets?

I picked up some passionflower tea today (tablets were out of stock) haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with it and how it went?.

    cant hurt to just try it! sometimes going in expecting something can have an effect on what the drug does to you. Also, liquid typically gets absorbed better than solids.

    Hello Nicnk, I have found the cap's, tablet much better then the tea or drops. The taste and convenience being key points. Effectiveness is most important. I have bought the tea, ina pinch, and used it once or twice until I could get the cap's. There it sits, getting old. Everybody is special so give it a try...it may work for you best.
