Patch of lumpy dry skin appeared on penis glans, unsure on its nature

I'm currently overseas and won't be able to see a doctor for a while. Around a 1.5 months ago a patch appeared on my penis head. It's slightly de-pigmented and is rough/dry to touch with some small flat bumps. There is no associated pain, itch, smell or discharge. It hasn't spread to other parts of the glans and isn't really visible while I'm erect. I've been applying Aloe Vera, but it hasn't really helped.

I'm a virgin, have been circumscribed, and also had HPV vaccine so I doubt their could be an STD - but I'm not ruling it out as a possibility.

While I got the spots I'd been having a rough few weeks and my hygiene wasn't as terrific as it should've been. I think a possibility is an auto-immune condition such as eczema - which I've had in the past - which may have been onset by a combination of terrible hygiene, stress and smoking way more than usual.

It'll be greatly appreciated if anyone could help identify the issue or give recommendations till I can see a doctor.

We have the same color penis with the same pink undertone. My lumps aren't really as large/obvious as yours and are localized to a area roughly the sized of a finger nail. Mine is more like an area of my penis that has been slightly raised and dryed, much like eczma on any body part. But I suppose we could have the same issue. I don't think the issue is STD related, i'm 80% confident if was caused by some allergic reaction to a product I used.

I changed my bed sheets and I'm making sure that I'm not letting any soap/chemicals touch my penis while showering. I also touch dry the area with a towel after showering, rather than going gung-ho on it, and i'm making sure the area stays dry. This has reduced the dryness of the spots and has made it contrast a lot more with my normal skin, and the spots are not as inflamed anymore. I think its just a bad reaction of the skin to some chemicals and should go away after a bit. Try what I did.

You need to upload your images directly to this site - if you have a Laptop computer try loading them from that as images on mobile devices can default to too large a file size ....

there's a slighty hypopigmented spot at the bottom from an unrelated incident where I got a friction burn from my pants. My concern is the rash on top of it. It isn't too obvious so I had to zoom in a bit. I was circumcised as a child and I'm only 18, but I'm still afraid it might be penile cancer as I've been smoking for around a year. I've since quit smoking.

The picture is not too clear - from what you are describing my suggestion would be that what I can see is related to the friction issues you mention ...

I don't know whether you regularly wear underwear or not - or are you now doing this?

What you have is a great deal of naturally present Fordyce Spots, and as I say, the appearance I can see suggests friction was present for quite some period of time.

The only way to be completely safe would be to get the professional opinion of a Dermatologist to see if there is a skin condition present ....
