Hello Mike, thanks for posting to the Forum.
If you mean you went to someone like a GP / Regular / Family Doctor / PCP diagnoses they give can be a mixture of being precisely accurate - as they can look up the symptoms of something like LP quickly online, or they may have previous experience of it anyway. Or, alternatively the diagnosis may be basically correct but would need confirming, or may be incorrect without a confirmatory biopsy to prove what is actually present.
Did the doctor give you any medication, such as a topical steroid?
While I have practical knowledge and experience of LS, the presentation, symptoms and development pathway of LP is likely to be quite different to my own experiences.
If you want a second opinion I would suggest you see a Dermatologist

the dermatologist told me it is LP. Is there possibilty that it is bigining of LS based on your experience?

A Dermatologist is the one to give you an accurate answer.
As I say, I have no knowledge of the development pathway of LP.
If you get ongoing issues I would look for a Dermatologist who is a specialist in Genital Skin Disorders

I went to the doctor and he perscribed to me elica M Cream and protopic and he does not know what is that and he refused to do biopsy because he said it is not serious issue. I used the creams for 1 month and there is no improvement at all and the condition is kind of stable or the discoloration is increasing but so slow. I am circumised by birth that why some doctors avoided that i have LS because they say it is almost impossible, but i know it is not impossible. the patches are not rough or raised or anything it is just pigmentation .Please help me what do you think i have? i am very stressed about this issue

You are talking about doctor, and previously a dermatologist - are these the same person?
What you need is a Dermatologist who is actually going to give you a diagnosis - and yes, part of the process is for a dermatologist to try different topical medications to find the one that is going to treat this most successfully.
For this you will need to go back to the same dermatologist or go to a different one.
An actually diagnosis would be best, then you know what you are dealing with.
And yes, it is most unlikely that you have LS - I am an LS sufferer and you do not describe LS type symptoms

The only further thing to offer you is to see another dermatologist - the best would be a one that specialises in Genital Skin Conditions / Disorders
By all means update your Forum Post here when you have anything further to report ....
