They look like seborrheic keratoses patches. They are not harmful and older folks get them more than youngsters. Some people seem prone to them maybe because of genetics but they can appear on skin that has been sunbathed a lot in the past.
If they are annoying then do see your doctor. They can be removed and a biopsy would be done at the same time. Maybe a good idea anyway to show your doctor.
If they change in appearance...eg bleed, spread, become very itchy or crusty then its essential to see your doctor.
