Paxil cross taper gone bad, please help.

4 weeks post cervical surgery, my Dr decided to change my medication from Paxil 30mg to Cymbalta 30mg. off paxil in 2 weeks and onto Cumbalta. After 6 weeks all heck broke loose. every symptom u can imagine. 2 trips to ER later the doc advised to take 60 mg of Cymbalta.. Tried that for 3 days and thought I was gonna die. off baxil and back to 30mg of Paxil. After 3 days he dropped me to 20mg. Not to mention I was still on a low dose of Hydrocodone from the surgery. now 3 weeks later and no relief. please help
