Can Payronies be caused by intermittent catheterisation? I have to self cathetrise up to five times a day. Anyone with simiy experience?

I had an early stage cancer removed from my bladder about four years ago and it left me that I don't get any urge to empty my bladder even if very full and no leakage. I now have to use a catheter 3 to 4 times a day.
Wondering if this can cause a build up of plaque in the penis?
