Recently diagnosed pbc

Fibroscan result mild hepatic fibrosis

Ultrasound normal

No fatty liver

Seeing hepatologist monday

Should i ask to go on urso

Your advice would be very much appreciated

    Hi I would personally wait and see the specialist, he is going to be the one to give yoy the best advice, if he doesn't mention it you can always ask and get his take on it, once you have seen him/her then come back on and give us an update, that way anyone who is on same meds can give you there support, good luck tomoz I hope its a good result

    I am on it and the only side effect I've had I pass gas a lot! Lol... It working for me. I am in the early stages. Was diagnosed two years ago.
