Pcos and dry eyes?

I am 21 years old and i got diagnosed with pcos at 16. I had 20/20 vision up until last year. I was experiencing blurry vision on and off but it was mild. A few months ago it started to get more severe where now i have blurry vison every day and all day. Its worse at night. A few months ago i went to the eye clinic and the dr told me that i have dry eyes. Is that due to pcos?

    If the reason for your dry eyes is because your tear ducts are clogged then pcos could be a contributing factor. Just like you can get acne because your pores are clogged your eyelids can get clogged up the same way. Were you advised to put something warm on your eyes for 5 minutes in the morning and evening and wipe your inner eyelid with a cotton bud or special medicated wipes?
