PCOS and fibroids trying for a baby

Hello everyone, I am 37, have kids 9 and 11 years old. Both pregnancies were perfect. Me and my husband were trying for another baby, got pregnant at 1st try but unfortunately ended up miscarrying at 8 weeks. I have PCOS and small fibroids 1,5 cm or less. I feel super discouraged to try again with my age and so many problems. Looking to see if anyone had the same situation and has a successful pregnancy, thank in advance
