PCOS and hormone problems

Hello, I was diagnosed with PCOS in June 2019. Since then, I have been prescribed metformin 2000mg. For about six months from getting that medicine- my periods were regular (from July-December.) However, since then- I have not got a single period. Thus, it has been six months since my last period.

I recently went to get blood work performed. I was told that I have low levels of estrogen, but high levels of cortisol and calcium. My thyroid level was good, but it was low last year before taking metformin.

Thank you for reading this!
