PCOS & PROVERA & ORLISTAT...HELP

Hi I was diagnosed with pcos 1 year ago after TTC for 4 years and irregular periods. I was put on provera medroxyprogesterone in February 2017 and I take the pills for 7 days then periods comes 2 days after for 6/7 days then stops....I have been on orlistat for 1 month with a 10lbs loss so far so doctor has put me back on for another month....any ways I took my Provera pill on the 26th February till the 4th march then period came the 9th till 14th march...then stopped but for the last 3 days I have had a bleed like dark red brown colour no cramps nothing....any one give me advice on what could be happening or anyone had the same

Any advice would be great
