I’ve had a pea sized hole in my back for about a week now, there is a wet scab and sometime it has fluid if I touch it, not too worried just want to know if I need to go see a doctor

Personally I would have visited my gp by now. It could be harmless but basically you have an open wound that could become infectious, then you would be in trouble.
Make an appointment now, if they give you a waiting period insist you must get medical attention asap.
