so I've had these bumps in the back of my throat for about 5 months now. They've recently started to get bigger. It doesn't necessarily hurt, but it feels like something is kinda stuck in my throat and my throat does get dry very often. I'm not having any issues swallowing food or anything. The red spot on the top right is new though and is uncomfortable.
