Pec pain

For the last several months i have been experiencing pain in my right pec between front of shoulder and pec. Pec is not torn, as i can still do press movements with little pain. Left Pec/shoulder has no pain. What is weird is that my right pec becomes irritated when i do any pulling movements (Pull-ups,rows,dumbell curls). there was even a time when i was doing tricep press downs and a cramp style pain shot through my right pec and all the way down my lat. i stretch my lats,shoulders, chest almost everyday. also what is strange is, when i stretch my pec (hand on wall and turn away) it seems to make irritation and pain worse. I have good form and do not ego-lift etc etc. i am very into doing yoga/flexiblity routines. I am trying not to push it because i dont want to end up tearing my pec. i am seeing a physical therapist in the coming weeks but just wanted to see if anybody had an reasonable guess as to what is making my pec painful/irritated. I also note that my hips are misaligned (left leg longer than right) and i am seeing a chiropractor for this issue which is seeming to help. Very frustrating 😕. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
