Pelvic/bum pain

Hi. I am a 23 year old female with 3 kids! I've had problems with pelvic pain during my pregnancies and it always got a bit better afterwards. Recently i've been now getting lower back pain, pain usually just comes with movement (after a long walk or something). I have pain going down to my bum, my vagina and my thighs. Its not excruitiating but its there and its uncomfortable. I am on the depo injection and recently had a bit off spotting, nothing major and its away now. I have problems with constipation and diarrhoea, i dont know if they are linked but doctor seems to think that is ibs. Please someone help, i am terrified its something serious!!
