Pelvic Congestion Syndrome - so many questions

Hi all, two days ago I was diagnosed with PCS following a transvaginal scan. Due to ongoing symptoms, they were looking for cancer. As far as I can remember, my symptoms began about 6 months ago, however I think it may have begun a long time ago. They include, a strong pelvic/lower abdominal ache (not too dissimilar to that of strong period ache), severe pelvic stabbing pains, back ache, pain moving down into the tops of my legs, fatigue, discharge, bleeding (I don't usually have periods as I am on the mini pill), bloating (which worsens throughout the day and by the end of the day I look 6 months pregnant), increased urination and IBS symptoms. It is painful during and after intercourse and all of the symptoms worsen as the day goes on, to the point where I am in tears in the afternoon/evening and can't move from the sofa. I have also been feeling very light headed and sick. I am very concerned about how this is affecting my heart failure and I am feeling more and more unwell with each passing day. I don't know what to do and I don't know who to talk too??

Hi, me too my pelvic pain started about 6 months ago on my left-hand side. Always getting worse throughout the day, always somewhat improved by lying down. I also had some episodes of feeling extremely faint and nauseous and having extremely heavy legs, to the point of barely being able to walk. After these episodes it would take me sleeping 12-15 h a day for 3 days to start to feel normal again. I also have very heavy legs and I can feel some veins getting hot and painful sometimes if I have been on my feet. Also some light IBS type symptoms. I had blood tests and ultrasounds with no results, and then finally I had a CT scan which shows I have varicose veins in my abdomen, veins with blood pooling, and a blood clot in the vein on my right ovary. They put me on anti-coagulants for the blood clot but since then I have seen a bunch of different doctors to no avail because they are all stumped because my clot is on my right side and my pain is on the left. I don't understand why this is so complicated to understand, surely there could be blood pooling on both sides. The anticoagulants haven't changed my pain which, with time, has migrated higher up my left side and is getting more acute. I also have a lot of pressure now in the vaginal area. I am at my wits end, thinking of going to a private clinic that specializes in PCS (the Whiteley Clinic) because the ping-ponging between specialists here doesn't seems to be getting me anywhere and I feel this is problem is affecting my life. Thank goodness my work is flexible because between feeling sick and doctor's appointments I am off a lot. But the worst thing is looking ill all the time in front of my kids, I want to be able to do stuff with them, not be laid out of the sofa clutching my side all afternoon/ evening.
