Pelvic Floor Dysfunction or Prolapse?

I workout a lot and lately have been having symptoms of a tight pelvic floor. Ive tried to relax it but after a workout and stretch I developed pain in my groin and vagina. Left labia is swollen, I have pain sitting, standing. It stings internally. I looked in the mirror and I don't see a bulge but I feel so swollen!

Is it a prolapse or have I strained a muscle in my vagina? Is that even possible?

Dont think its a prolapse but you may have torn one of the muscles in your pelvis. Where does it hurt when you are sitting? Across the buttocks ? or the coccyx/tailbone? Where does it hurt when standing? It could even be a stress fracture at the top of your femur. No more working out. Rest laying down as much as possible. A hot water bottle to the affected part and paracetamol.
