    hey Welshgirl

my physio advised downloading the NHS app squeezy. I do my pelvic floor exercises 3 x day. I haven't experienced any sensitivity post exercises. im about 18 months post surgery 2 and I definitely don't feel im squeezing to capacity, the physio said the muscles were really weak to begin with. if ur unsure, discuss it with ur physio. good luck
