Pelvic Floor, Groin, Abdominal, and Leg Pain for 5 years

I apologize for the length, but this cannot be explained in short. I've had this since I was 17 when I got a mysterious injury in high school wrestling. I am now 22.
Left groin is very tight and weak. It is painful to stretch out. I can feel a radiation of pain from my groin to my left testicle, in what feels like the vas deferens area and leading upwards behind my pubic bone and bladder.
Pelvic Floor is also very tight and weak. The tighter it seems to be, the more pain that radiates into my testicle. In the past I have had severe pelvic floor and testicular aching after sex and orgasm. This region hurts after lifting and other strenuous activity as well. It may also be worth mentioning that throughout my teen years I’ve had a history of sucking in my stomach, which seems to also tighten my pelvic floor and cause discomfort. I still sometimes find myself doing this and have to consciously try to relax my pelvic floor.
When my pain is at its worst, having a full bladder becomes urgent. It sends a significant amount of pain into my pelvic floor, testicles, and abdomen, and feels as if there is a shocking amount of sudden swelling. I had an incidence where the pain had become suddenly overwhelming with a full bladder that I blacked out while driving, urinated myself, and then felt this trickling warming yet severely painful sensation in my abdomen that made me think I had internal swelling and bleeding. Other times I’ve had to void my bladder and then lay on the floor to try to alleviate the excruciating pain.
I have pain from the tip of my left rib down to my testicle. It is most apparent when I'm sitting down, hunching, lifting, standing in the cold, or anything that could potentially tighten my abdomen or pelvic floor. The abdominal pain is concentrated at the very bottom tip of my left ribcage and has a long “finger” of pain stretching down to my inside left hip/left testicle. If I bend backwards, this section gets sharp pains and very tight.
Finally, my left leg has severe discomfort from my butt down to my toes. The discomfort is very hard to describe; (most noticeable at my foot, butt, calves and inner leg) my leg is very cold, sensitive, and tingles as if it is not getting enough circulation. I sometimes get painful sensations at the tip of my big toe and ball of foot. My leg is also very tight, especially on the inner portion of my knee. The more pain I feel in my groin and pelvic/testicular area, the more discomfort I feel in my leg.
At night, I lie down flat on my back and I can feel every single bit of the pain from my rib, to my testicle, to the tip of my toe. Everything hurts at that moment at the end of the day. I sometimes cannot fall asleep because of it. It hurts no matter what way I lay.
When I bear down, I can feel a lot of pressure in all the previously mentioned areas of pain. Every now and then when I have a bowel movement, if I bear down too hard I will be in severe pain for the next hour or more. When I sing or laugh (abdominal stress), my abdomen, pelvic floor, and left testicle hurt as well.
For a while, the pain started to recede, I repressed the traumatic experiences of pain and life became busy. Recently I strained my left groin muscle at work. Since then, my left leg numbing/discomfort has become very severe and my pelvic floor area feels extremely tight again.
I have had a plethora of tests, treatments, and different doctor visits that will only add to this length. I don't know who to go to anymore or what steps to take. The pain is plummeting my quality of life. Has anyone had anything like this?
I've been working towards getting in to a pelvic floor specialists to see if that is the root of this issue. I also attached an image to show the areas of pain. Red = pain & tightness. Blue = discomfort and numbness

Update:
I'd like to report that my massage therapist has been doing great work on me in weekly 45 minute sessions. She released my adductor muscles and pectineus and I'm finally able to (gradually) do butterfly stretches again. It has not tightened back up since.
I am struggling with my psoas tension. Every time she touches it, it's incredibly sore only on my left side. She has found some very tender spots right down into the left side of my pubic symphysis and claims she feels some scar tissue but it is loosening up. When she touches my psoas, it replicates all of the pain I feel in my groin. After a massage session, I feel no tension or hip snapping for about 2 days. I feel wonderful in this time. However, it just goes right back to where it was after those 2 days.
Maybe someday I can stop this cycle.

Hi ! I see this is a bit of an older post but you mentioned "Pittsburgh", just wondering if you found a specialist in that area ? I have been in agony for almost 4 yrs now, passed some kidney stones, but they have since cleared and I can no longer blame this discomfort on that. However, it did cause what the urologist believes is "pelvic floor disfunction" . So he is suggesting psychical therapy which I have always been skeptical of to begin with. I have ruled out and spinal issues along with any female issues (lol). This is my last ditch effort to find relief. Has it helped you at all ? I don't know where or how to even start explaining all of my areas of excruciating pain to begin this process. Any advice would be helpful Thanks 🙏

I see this is fairly new post of yours and wonder if you have found any relief or a therapist who's been able to help you out with pelvic floor dysfunction?
I'm in the same boat and I'm in misery I've had every test Under the Sun and I need therapy but I don't know where to begin!
I've seen a urogynecologist, this is the last doctor I've seen to verify that I do have severe pelvic floor dysfunction!
They finally referred me to therapy but I have to wait nearly two months to even get in!
Let me know how it went for you if you see this please I can send you my private email if you like!

What a journey, huh ? I have been to every specialist you can think of , even had a colonoscopy! Spinal MRI’s, multiple ct scans of the groin and pelvis and a bizillion X-rays. Finally, I went to the same kind of gyno, she did her residency in urogynocology. She said it was either one of two things happening. Post ablation syndrome, which after an excruciating exam she came to the conclusion that she was 99% sure this was pelvic floor ! Something as I mentioned my urologist suggestion but he was sooooo nonchalant about it and he thought maybe it was a UTI , which came back positive so I followed the typical amoxicillin treatment and found no relief. So here I am 4 months later, finally about 6 treatments into the pelvic floor therapy. I never even knew this kind of treatment existed and only one therapist in my area. So I told her, “sorry, but all the weight is on your shoulders now” as I was at the end of my rope in pain. The treatments are not terrible, always internal work, and some external soft tissue work. But so far, I am AMAZED. And I’m also kind of upset it took this long and so many doctors later to find something so easy could be my answer! ???? I was sooooooo sick of explaining myself to each and every Dr and getting nothing but a perscription handed to me or test ordered. My insurance is combative and challenges every order. But I have to insist to you that you try it !!!! Get out on a cancellation list if they have one. And my best advice to you, do not miss appointments and don’t wait more than 3 - 4 days between visits. You will actually feel spasams happening while they are working on your lady parts ! (No nice way of putting that) But they are not painful, not if you’ve reached this point, as I have, you will let them do ANYTHING just for relief ! Good luck and please keep me posted ! I go tonight for my 7th treatment ! It’s a chore, but it’s toally worth it and it IS my answer finally after all this time !

I see this is a couple of years old but you're describing exactly what I'm going through!
The only difference is I'm a girl!
I've been dealing with this for a couple of years and I've had every test Under the Sun like yourself and I just wonder if you ever got your pain under control and if you resolve your problems and how you did it?
