Pelvic mass after total hysterectomy, need help

Ive had a mass in my pelvic region, after my total hysterectomy about 5 years ago.

ive had it aspirated twice 90ml serous fluid.approxi 7 by6cm...

it has grown very fast last few\ months, but by ca125 and roma tests are negative. it is slightly obstructing my colon and ureter appr 8 by 10cm//// general surgeon sent me to gyno, gyno dr has sent me to an gyno oncology surgeon//

I have met and be sent to another dr 4 times this year..been to er 3 times in last 2 months.

my left side of belly is distended and im constantly in pain.

i need help finding a dr who can remove a ovarian mass in adhesions in my pelvis... i feel like im losing serious time as i await drs next move or lack of,- e
