Pelvic pain cramps and spasms

I first started experiencing pelvic pain 2018. It usually starts 3 days after my period ends and stops after ovulation on day 17. On day 20, it starts back until my period starts back until my period starts. I don't have any pain while I'm menstruating. The pain comes about 3 times a day, and last for 15-20 minutes. Sometimes after a bowel movement, spasms start. I get cramps after orgasms as well.

I've been to doctors who just say get a hysterectomy. They think its either endometriosis, fibroid related or one doctor said to today, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. There hasnt beed a definitive diagnosis. I recently had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed small fibroids, but i was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this?
