anyone who has gone through same pls come forward to help me , hi i ve been experiencing this pain from around 2 years back , firstly i was diagnosed with fissure in ano ,then as the fissure healed( according to doctors) i still use to have extreme difficulty in passing stools ,as if there is no space down there for passing a normal stool , I can't feel any pelvic push during bowel movements , basically i have to press my back to have a bowel movement ,also i get impacted if i don't use bathroom for even 1day ,so some tyms i have to manually remove stools ,and yeah stools feel lyk thorns , ripping everything everyday even though i take stool softeners , i m really sick of this pain

same here, i seriously dunno what is going on, constant pain!!! all day!!! a lil better at night but this is completely crushing me, i might have to schedule a colonoscopy, because that's all the doctors recommend!!!

history i had chronic constipation, but 2 years it got bad for me to notice, then 2 months ago it got worse, it comes back and stops, now with sinus and yeast/bacteria infection!!!

i have bowel movements everyday and still insanely bloated, but only major bowels movements in morning after sleep, tiny pieces that almost don't count after lunch???

have you been evaluated by a urogynecologist . i have the same problem and was diagnosed with a rectocele . its a pelvic organ prolapse where your rectum falls into the back wall of your vagina . also there is a muscle called the levator ani muscle for me that is tight and in constant spasm
