The normal signs of a prolapse are a dragging feeling in the vagina as though something is falling out. Sometimes a dragging backache. Difficulty peeing. Pain with intercourse . Sometimes a partner saying theres a lump. If you have none of these then you are probably Ok. The vagina can take on a completely different appearance after childbirth. Try to do pelvic floor exercises/kegels every day to tone up the pelvic floor.
However, only you know what is normal for you and if you are concerned then see your doctor for a proper examination.
