Pelvic Tightness (and constipation) after orgasm_considering ending my life

Hello,

I have the weirdest, most annoying disorder called pelvic floor dysynnergia.

My pelvic floor does not open properly leading to incomplete stools which are thin, narrow, and tough to pass and frequent urination. These symptoms are worsened HUGELY by orgasm, as orgasm seems to clench up the pelvic floor and the pelvic floor doesn't relax back to its original rested position.

My life seems worthless as I cannot focus or think about anything when my mind is fixated on the tension, pain, and pressure from the stool and gas in my rectum.

Please help.

After 3 months of not ejaculating and trying gluten free, I had an amazing few days where everything seemed to work normally-I had quick, easy, log-shaped bowel movements. I then ejaculated/orgasmed and things were ruined and sent back to square one.

Please help.

Is life worth living like this?

    Dear Karl

Nightmare for you, I'm sorry you are in pain. Have a look at this Facebook group Men suffering from Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). I'm not sure if you are in the UK or US - let me know and I will point you in the direct of a Physiotherapist. You need one who specialises in Male Pelvic Pain - there are some good ones, but  its a specialist area. Don't give up - there are so many men like you sadly. It can be managed.

Where can one find a listing in the US for male pelvic floor specialists?

      Thx.
