Penile adhesion?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hi. I've had Zoon's balanitis. A bad case as it was misdiagnosed by my GP so went improperly treated until I went to a GUM clinic.

It appears I've since developed penile adhesions and while my foreskin can retract, there is tightness and small rips or tears have occurred during (now rare) sex.

Does this require surgical intervention or would creams and stretching work? Its been like this for nearly 2 years!! Hope these photos help. Thanks for any advice.

    Hi!

How they diagnosed you Zoon Balanitis? With biopsy? Did you had the typical red/orange patch lesions?

Anyway, skin bridges, the skin attached to the glans (penis head) is usually a situation that could be solved with surgery. If I can give you a suggestion, please get a circumcision and get rid of that situation. I'm suffering since 2 years of balanitis with no diagnosis and I suspected a very mild zoon balanitis case too (I just have dryness and only a more red area on penis head).

After you resolve this situation with circumcision, get sure, and specify that the removed foreskin must go under biopsy, to fully understand the skin problems.
