Penile discharge but tested NEGATIVE For STI’s

Posted , 3 users are following.

Over a month ago I had sex with a woman while using a condom and it split.

Around a week after I noticed some discharge from my penis that is watery, it does not smell and is clear most of the time but sometimes looks as if it has sperm or pus in it, more so in the mornings as I have been sleeping and not been able to clean it so its like it has built up.

the discharge is CONSTANT throughout the day and is the only symptom I have. there is no pain or rashes etc and I can urinate just fine.

I have tested twice for common STI's and both have come back negative saying that i am clear but i am still worried to what this is.

Any help would be appreciated

    Dear michael,

Check your lab test results and see if you've been tested for:

If tests for gonorrhoea and chlamydia were clear, you could have mycoplasma or ureaplasma; so ask your doctor to check for these two as well.

What STIs have you tested for? There are several strains or types of Mycoplasma and ureaplasma. Did you test for those? They apparently can be hard to detect and you need to be off antibiotics for at least a month and use first void urine of the day.

    Thank you for your replies.

The conditions that the kits tested for were Chlamydia gonorrhoea HIV Syphilis trichomoniasis so i will try and see how i can go about getting tested for what you mentioned.

Im just abit shocked that i only have this one symptom, i hope its an easy cure
