Greetings. I am on here in hopes that someone can help figure out an issue im dealing with. A little over a week ago I notice a small lesion after intercourse, in addition I had masturbated (rough) without lubrication. And now there appears to be a small red/purple mark beneath my skin. I was hoping someone can help me figure what it may be since I havent been able to pin point what exactly it may be

Hi it could be just a small blood clot? If it is it should slowly disappear. you also have some scaring and foreskin adhesion to the glans have you had this checked out?

Yeah either a small tare or blood blister. A cut will heal quickly. A blood blister will harden up & eventually fall off.
I wouldn't worry about the adhesions if they never caused you trouble.

looks like a blood blister, i had one that never healed for over a year. eventually i broke the skin and let the blood out, it healed then disappeared.
