Please help me, I do all medical test for bacterial and fungal infection and all was negative. I have HPV virus that doctor tell me because I have some condylomas on penile. But I am worried because my penile glans don't look normal, can anyone tell me what can be this ? ! Bumps are only visible in erection.image

I was to doctor again and he didn't know to tell me what can this be. Did you looked photo maybe it is normal ?

it certainly isn't normal, but i don't think its serious, it might be some kind of fungus, try applying so anti-fungal cream on it and see if it goes away.

The bumps on the head of your penis are actually present on the head of your penis anyway, but usually you would not see them. They appear when they are irritated - so, remove the source of the irritation and the bumps will eventually fade away.
So, you have had bacterial and fungal infections ruled-out. However, if you have a regular partner with one of these infections and you do not use condoms, and you are are having regular sex with them, it is still possible that you have contact with a fungal or bacterial infection, only the test(s) have not shown this.
The other kinds of things that can cause this is contact with something that is of a highly irritating nature to the sensitive skin of the head of the penis. So, you need to think about things like a lube you have been using for sex or masturbation, potentially condoms, even skin creams - particularly if you have just started to use one of any of these that you have not previously used ......
Whatever the cause actually is - it is due to a reaction your penis glans has had with something that has caused a severe adverse reaction to - what you need to puzzle out is what has caused this .....

I haven't sex about 5 months so that can cause this and I am washing it only with water. I am scared that could be cancer because I am risky because I have condylomas. 😦 All test on bacterial and fungal are negative.

If you fear you have penile cancer you need to get a sufficiently qualified Medical Professional to discuss that with you - this is the only way you will achieve peace of mind.
