The first image is when i am not in erect but you can still see the uneven surface. The second image is when i am erect and you can se the nerves. The third image is a few seconds later after i erect and it becomes dry.

Had a one night stand and i have been dealing with this for about a year now. Before the one night stand, it was never like this - super smooth and everything is the same color (No redness).

Have tried anti fungal creams, anti fungal pill, organic oils (all of them), diet change, etc. Yet no change.

Any advice is apprecitable. Ive been told its from a yeast infection but I've tried the strongest of stuff yet no change so makes me doubt its that....

I did take a bottle of whisky like an idiot after i realized the condom broke and washed my penis but i doubt that was made it like this....

If you feel you have something going on the only people that can tell you for sure are at a Specialist Sexual Health Service - if you are in the UK, these are GUM Clinics at General Hospitals (search for GUM Clinic near me), or, many cities, wherever you may be have free Sexual Health Walk-in Centers my suggestion is you visit one of these

Thank you for your reply. Simply looking at the pictures, do you see something/anything out of the ordinary ? I went to several doctors and only one of them saw that there was a problem who was a dermetologist. I went to 2 urologist and one said nothing was wrong and the other said just put some neosporin which did nothing. But looking at the images can i ask what your perspective is ?

So no, the images show me nothing. Other than a slight dryness perhaps. So perhaps you are exaggerating the situation. Looking at what you said again however, it is unusual that the smoothness and consistency of colour have gone.

Perhaps all the things you have applied to the head of your penis have had a detrimental impact as they were not actually treating what it is you MAY actually have.

You are aware that a healthy penis starts with good penile hygiene? This, in simple terms means that every time you wash your penis use water only.

As you are uncircumcised, each time you take a shower (or bath if you use one) draw the foreskin as far forward as you can. Wash the rest of your body and throughly rinse ALL the cleansers off, then expose the entirety of the head of your penis and wash it and your foreskin with water only using the inside of your hand. The first thing to dry is your penis and you must ensure you are 100% dry.

This will help restore the naturally present bacteria (the 'good guys', if you like) and help return the natural Ph balance of your penile skin.

It would be interesting to know what the Dermatologist recommended - you can only try what they have suggested for a few weeks and see what happens ......

Dermatologist initially gave me Ketoconazole 2%, then Hydrocort 2.5%, then Nystatin , then Ciclopirox 0.77%, then Tacrolimus 0.03% and lastly after everything else failed gave me anti fungal pill that did nothing either....

I do wash with water only. And use only organic liquids like alo vera and coconut oil. attached is another picture where i have edited the colors so that it can be more visible. Drying of the penis is not hard as it tends to get dry quite often on its own after the incident 😕 image

You can see the corona area is slightly more red. And at times it gets worse..

Not sure what you mean by " it tends to get dry quite often on its own after the incident " - after all the Medications that have been tried (? by the Dermatologist) I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Has the Dermatologist suggested testing you for common conditions such as the different forms of Balanitis?

I'm also thinking, how long is it since you stopped applying things to the head of your penis? This is because the different medications previously applied may take some time to become inert - and may be causing a complicating factor.

So, here is my final suggestions: -

      • Try seeing a Urologist if you can
      • Obtain some Steroidal ointment such as Clobetasol from one of the Medical Professionals you are in contact with and use this for a period of 4 or 5 weeks (twice daily to start with, second week once a day, third week onwards apply every other day) and see if you get a positive reaction. Should a positive reaction occur it is a pointer that you may have a form of Balanitis - and the presence of that can only be conformed by a medical Biopsy.

What i meant by saying, is that before i had the one night stand and get infected it would never dry up to a crust like forms. After the incident it gets extremly dry on its own.

No, they wont do anymore test, i requested a swab test however they said it will always come positive as there will always be bacteria. I feel becasue i have s**t insurance they dont want to do any further testing.

Biopsy was on the table but the urologist said that the biopsy scare would be more visible than the irritation/rash that i already have. And also reading upon other peoples experience and biopsys it doesnt seem like a wise choice...

I dont know if the doctor will give me anymore prescriptions as he has already prescribed a steroid cream but will try..

But based on the second picture i posted - Do you see the swolleness and raised area near the urethral opening ? That is what worries me the most 😕

Hi andy, in terms of: " Do you see the swolleness and raised area near the urethral opening ? - yes I do, you obviously have something going on. It is knowing what it is and how to deal with it that is the problem!

If this is really worrying for you I'm wondering if you can get along to a Specialist Sexual Health Service for them to take a look? Although, I see from your earlier post that you have already seen two Urologists .... This may be a situation where you just have to weigh the balance on what you have already been told by the specialists you have seen as to what you should do. I know this is not what you want - but unless you get someone to take a fresh look and perspective on this, it seems you are getting no where with medical professionals ......
