Penile Pain

Hi All,

32 year old male here.

I have had intermittent Penis and Scrotum pain for the past 6 weeks.

sometimes severe pain, and other times not so bad. one thing for sure is it hurts for most of the time I am awake.

I have taken STI and Urine tests 3 times and nothing has come back positive, though pretty sure I was only tested for STI and not other bacterial infections.

I saw a Urologist last week and after just a quick physical inspection of my Penis, he diagnosed me with Prostatitis and prescribed me antibiotics.

it's almost been one week on the antibiotics now and I've not seen any improvement.

My partner was overseas in April and I decided to have a masturbation marathon.

I was masturbating approx 3 times a day, with a few times 4 in a day.

the pain came on after 2.5 weeks of this.

Is there a chance I have done some damage somewhere in the penis since all other tests have come back negative?

I sometimes find relief when laying down or standing up, though if i sit normally for too long it really begins to hurt. sometimes the tip of the penis, sometimes anywhere through the shaft, and other times its my balls.

does anyone know what might be happening?
